Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, citric acid, corn starch, menthol, lavender EO, Ylang YLang EO, Chamomile EO and food grade natural color. 

Directions: Ages 3 and up. Place one shower fizz tablet in the shower but away from the drain and away from the direct water stream. For shower only. NOT FOR SOAKING.
